Traditionally each winter the group books to go on the Exe Estuary birdwatching cruise that is run by Stuart Line Cruises.
There will be an opportunity to do this again on Friday 22nd January 2027 at 12:45, and sailing from Exmouth Marina (location on what3words).

You would be very welcome to join us and form an Exeter & District Local Group gathering that afternoon.
It is recommended to bring a packed lunch, but as part of the booking process, you can pre-order a hot pasty (vegan option available). Other refresments (tea, coffee, crisps, biscuits etc) can be purchased on the boat.
The estuary can be extremely cold, so bring extra warm clothing and waterproofs.
