Useful RSPB Links
The RSPB is now the UK’s largest nature conservation charity. The RSPB website covers many wide-ranging aspects of its work. On this post, we have selected some useful RSPB pages, but we recommend you explore the site for yourself.

For general enquiries, the phone number of RSPB headquarters is 01767 680551 (9am-5.15pm Mon to Fri).
RSPB News
This website focuses on news about the Exeter local group, with a few national highlights from the RSPB. For more news features and updates, please visit the RSPB News page.
Advice on Birds and Wildlife
Find out more about helping birds in and around where you live. Subjects covered include: how to provide food and shelter; gardening for wildlife; ‘ask an expert’; wildlife and the law; and reporting wildlife crime.
The pages include some advice about sick & injured birds, but the RSPB is not able to assist with veterinary care – please see our page with links to organisations which may be able to help. If you need further help, contact the Wildlife team by email via wildlife@rspb.org.uk or call on 01767 693690 (9:30-16:30, Monday to Friday).
Our Conservation Work
Ever since the RSPB began in 1889, we’ve helped species and that’s still at the heart of what we do. The species of greatest conservation concern and the threats they face may be different now, but the need to help wildlife is still urgent.
Our conservation efforts aren’t just confined to the UK, they extend to many countries overseas. The RSPB is part of BirdLife International, a network of conservation organisations working together across the world.
