October walk to Garwnant Forest, Merthyr

Sunday October 18th – A morning walk around Garwnant Forest, Merthyr following the woodland trails and streams on the northern side of Llwyn-on Reservoir in the Bannau Breicheiniog. Meet at the Visitor Centre car park at 9.30am. Beginners and non-members welcome. Warm weatherproof clothing and boots may be necessary. Please leave dogs at home. Walks are undertaken at your own risk. There is a parking fee of £5.00. Directions: The Garwnant Visitor Centre is 5 miles north of Merthyr Tydfil and is well signposted from the A470.
