14 and 15 June – Nature Stuff Birdwatching session at Riverside Park, Macclesfield. Adults feeding fledglings – Blackcap, Grey Wagtail, Long-tailed Tit, Song Thrush and Mallard with ducklings. 7 and 8 June – 41 species seen on Nature Stuff birdwatching session at Tegg’s Nose Country Park and Bottom’s Reservoir including Blackcap, Chiffchaff, Cormorant, Great Crested Grebe, Great Spotted Woodpecker, House Martin, Mandarin Duck, Mistle Thrush, Pied Flycatcher (feeding young), Spotted Flycatcher (nest building), Swallow, Swift, Treecreeper, Tufted Duck and Willow Warbler (Tina Hanak)
