Our 2021/2022 season of indoor meetings has now finished. Our next indoor meeting will be on 13 September 2022. Full details of next season’s programme will be published soon.
Please come and join the RSPB Macclesfield Local Group on six guided walks in our local area.
20 April at 8am – Styal Woods (10 people attended and 29 species of birds were seen)
27 April at 9am – River Bollin from Mottram Hall (15 people attended and 31 species of birds were seen)
5 May at 10am – Astbury Mere Country Park, Congleton (9 people attended and 24 species seen)
11 May at 7am – Goyt Valley (17 people attended and 21 species seen)
24 June at 10am – Jacksons’ Brickworks, Poynton (22 people attended)
13 July at 6.30pm – Redesmere

The RSPB (including the Macclesfield Local Group) is a conservation organisation and does not have facilities, or training, to deal with injured and baby birds. However, there is advice on the RSPB’s website.
