23 April Lough Carra talk by Chris and Linda Huxley

Chris and Lynda Huxley studied and photographed Co. Mayo’s unique marl lake, Lough Carra, for 15 years and in 2015 published a book about it.  The book covers a wide range of topics, including archaeology, geology, history, art, literature, ecology and wildlife.  Chris and Linda will be sharing their knowledge of Lough Carra and the surrounding land along with their fantastic photographs.
