The closure is expected until 12th January 2027, or when the works are complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A walk on <a href=\"https:\/\/group.rspb.org.uk\/exeter\/news-blogs\/news\/walk-emsworthy-mire-2026-10-06\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Emsworthy Mire<\/a> will take place instead, where we will still be on the look out for Ring Ouzel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A morning walk from Shipley Bridge to Avon Dam, where we will be in search of Ring Ouzel and other woodland and moorland birds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meet at Shipley Bridge Car Park (OS Grid Reference: SX681629; what3words: <a href=\"https:\/\/what3words.com\/breaches.vies.riverbank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">\/\/\/breaches.vies.riverbank<\/a>) at 09:30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Price: \u00a32 for non-members, free for members of Exeter local group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are toilets at the car park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please bring binoculars with you if you have them, and appropriate weatherproof clothing and waterproof footwear.
