Volunteer with us to help support the RSPB

Our Group is run by a team of volunteers supported by the RSPB. Volunteering opportunities come in different forms, from assisting at events to joining our friendly committee. For more information on the opportunities available please speak to a member of the Committee or send an email to rspbcambridge@outlook.com

You can help support the RSPB by

  • joining your Local Group and/or
  • helping us to fundraise and promote the RSPB at local events
  • joining the Committee
  • assisting at Indoor Meetings
  • organise nature walks in your local area

Why not join our Local Group? For £15 you get:

  • free entry to all indoor meetings (normally 6 with booked speakers)
  • free entry to two ZOOM meetings (normally held in January and February)
  • free entry to the Christmas social event with fun quiz
  • access to a WhatsApp Group that advertises nature walks with other RSPB Groups in the Local Area (May involve costs)
  • Newsletters sent to your email address
  • to meet people with the same interests
  • to gain more knowledge/exchange ideas
  • the opportunity to support the RSPB and wildlife conservation
